The U.S. Standard of Identity government regulations defined what can be called “milk chocolate”, “semisweet chocolate” and “bittersweet chocolate”. These standards - require that cocoa butter (and a small amount of milk fat) are the only fats used. Unlike other chocolate products that may use terms such as “chocolate-coating” “chocolately” or “made with chocolate” that contains vegetable fats, GULLIVER CHOCOLATIER™ Chocolate products are clearly labelled as the REAL THING. GULLIVER CHOCOLATIER™ products are 100% natural. Its does not contain any preservatives, colouring and flavourings.

Apart from the traditional favourites like chocolate coated Almonds, hazelnuts and raisins, it offers a unique range of freeze-dried fruits which are additives-free coated with the finest chocolates. The expensive process of drying the fruits helps to prolong the shelf life as well as freshness of the products. Its fruit range includes Strawberry, Mango, Yellow Peach, Banana, Durian, Jackfruit and Pineapple.
